FlyMarshall account and data deletion
These instructions cover the FlyMarshall mobile app, operated by Walker Apps LLC. There is no FlyMarshall sign-in account today. Anonymous installation and subscription identifiers may still identify records associated with your app.
Request deletion by email
Email support@walker-apps.com to request erasure of identified RevenueCat subscriber records and support correspondence we hold. Provide only the information needed to locate and verify the record, such as the store order ID if available or the email address used to contact support. We may ask for limited additional information to verify the request. Never send passwords or payment card details.
If records must be retained to meet legal obligations, we will explain those limits when responding. Independently held Apple, Google and other provider records are outside this request and subject to those providers' own retention and deletion processes.
In-app deletion paths
- Account -> Privacy & legal -> Account & data deletion opens these instructions.
- Account -> Privacy & legal -> Request data deletion composes an email deletion request.
- Account -> Clear saved sightings clears local sighting records only. Studio items have separate delete controls.
Local data and subscription records
Clearing saved sightings is local only. It does not erase RevenueCat subscriber records and does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel in the store's subscription settings. Email support@walker-apps.com to request erasure of RevenueCat subscriber records or correspondence we hold; we may need information to locate the record. An email deletion request does not cancel a store subscription. Keychain identifiers may remain after uninstalling on iOS. Deletion or uninstalling does not cancel billing.
Account -> Clear saved sightings removes local sighting records only; Studio library items have separate delete controls. Clearing sightings does not clear every identifier, session, diagnostic record or media copy. Selecting a photo or clip copies it into app storage. A separate active aircraft session can store observer coordinates locally and is no longer valid for resuming after 30 minutes.
FlyMarshall cannot restore local content you delete.
Cancellation, restore and refunds
Manage or cancel FlyMarshall Pro using the store account used to subscribe:
- Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → FlyMarshall Pro → Cancel Subscription. Apple cancellation help.
- Google Play: Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → FlyMarshall Pro → Cancel subscription. Follow the confirmation steps. Google Play cancellation help.
Restore purchases in the app using the store account used to subscribe. Restoring purchases does not cancel a subscription or request erasure.
For store-purchase refunds, request a refund through Apple refund help or Google Play refund help. Apple or Google handles these refund requests under its store rules.
