Delete in the app
FlyMarshall Travel is coming soon to iOS and Android. When the app is installed, delete the information you entered by following the in-app account deletion control. The exact labels can vary by version, so use the closest match:
- Open FlyMarshall Travel.
- Open Settings, Account, or Profile.
- Choose Delete account, Delete my data, or a similarly labeled control.
- Confirm the deletion when asked.
If you cannot find that control, use the email path below. Do not send passwords.
Delete by email
Email support@walker-apps.com and ask to delete your FlyMarshall Travel account or the information you entered in the app. Name the FlyMarshall Travel app, and include the email address you used with it if you have one. Walker Apps LLC will handle the request. Please do not send passwords.
What is deleted and what is kept
Deletion covers the information the FlyMarshall Travel privacy notice says the app stores — information you provide, including:
- Points balances you enter in your wallet
- Trips you save while you decide how to pay
- Destinations you choose to explore
The privacy notice does not list any other stored category, and it does not list any information that is kept after deletion.
How long deletion takes
Deletion requests are completed within 30 days.
