The previous couple of years have seen airlines make significant changes to their operations, including swapping one aircraft type for one more on certain routes. Emirates, the biggest operator of the Airbus A380, also removed the kind on its Vienna service but has once more brought back the superjumbo on the route.
A380 back in Vienna
After a protracted break, Emirates’ Airbus A380 landed in Vienna on February 21. The airline increased capability on its Dubai-Vienna route by deploying the superjumbo on one in every of its two each day flights to the Austrian capital, with the primary A380 flight carrying over 400 passengers.

The airline deploys its three-class A380 to Vienna with 14 seats in top quality, 76 in business class, and 429 seats in economy, offering a complete of 519 seats. This has resulted in nearly 20% more capability on flights between Dubai and Vienna, supporting the strong traveling demand and providing a further alternative for Emirates’ customers to travel from the airline’s global network to Austria.
Massive A380 operations
Emirates is the biggest operator of the Airbus A380 aircraft, with 119 of the kind in its fleet, of which greater than 85 are in energetic service, per ch-aviation. Among the hottest destinations, including Bangkok, Sydney, and London, are served by Emirates’ A380 plane.

In truth, this summer, the airline will operate the superjumbo to 49 airports and could have as much as 75 each day departures between June and August. The UK will remain probably the most served country with the A380, with as much as 14 each day services, with other destinations, including Bangkok, Los Angeles, Mumbai, Moscow, Latest York, Munich, Osaka, Kuala Lumpur, and Sydney, amongst many others, also seeing each day flights.
