FlyJets launched JetGPT in October 2026 after a beta phase that began in February. The company says users can search charter flights and shared seats, check prices and availability, export results, and start a booking through the agent before continuing to standard checkout.

Key details

  • FlyJets says JetGPT searches its internal aircraft and charter-availability data, covering about 400 aircraft.
  • The company says its pricing and availability data is no more than five minutes old.
  • FlyJets built the agent with a large language model and retrieval-augmented generation, which draws answers from the company's internal database.
  • JetGPT is free for FlyJets Exchange members.
  • The Exchange lets users offer individual seats on charter flights and resell empty legs. FlyJets says shared flights are confirmed once they reach half capacity.

FlyJets says JetGPT draws on pricing and availability data no more than five minutes old across about 400 aircraft.

Why it matters

The agent brings conversational search to a charter marketplace where users can compare available flights and shared seats. FlyJets says it does not own or operate aircraft, and CEO Jessica Fisher says human advisory staff remain available. Fisher also says FlyJets waits for an operator to confirm that it can operate a flight before taking payment.

What happens next

FlyJets plans to gather member feedback and develop further versions, including pricing suggestions for people selling seats and other Exchange features over the coming year. What charter-search feature would you want to see added next?
