The flag carrier of the Netherlands, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, opened its newest renovations to one in all its hottest global lounges. On September 14, KLM Airlines unveiled the renovations to the Crown Lounge at Houston George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH). The newly renovated lounge is a component of the airline’s global initiative to boost the client experience of its lounges.

“Investment in signature lounges at international stations is the cornerstone of elevating the premium customer experience, aligning perfectly with our commitment to investing in our recent World Business Class and our recently introduced Premium Comfort cabin. Branded lounges add to the reference to our customers in delivering our brand promise of making memorable experiences.”
Recent upgrades include each structural upgrades and experience upgrades. The airline added recent flooring, wallpaper, and fixtures within the essential lounge. Moreover, the airline upgraded the bathrooms too.
Recent furniture has been added to the lounge as well. This includes recent spacious and ergonomically comfortable designs. The designs are said to include sustainability, because the furniture is made with long-lasting materials and made with eco-leather and recyclable materials.
The General Manager of North America at Air France-KLM, Eric Caron, spoke concerning the upgrades. In an announcement, Caron said,
“Houston is one in all our top markets within the US, and this upgraded lounge is an excellent recent offer, reaffirming our dedication to providing travelers with the utmost comfort and convenience. We sit up for welcoming our valued passengers in soon, providing an experience that may make their time on the airport as memorable because the destination itself.”
Other Crown Lounge features
The airline can also be well-known for its Delft Blue house display. The display showcases various miniature houses over time, each of which depicts an actual constructing within the Netherlands. The homes are famously known by international travelers who visit each of the KLM lounges.
