Emirati low-cost carrier flydubai continues to expand its network between continents. The Dubai-based airline recently announced two latest destinations customers can now reach directly – Cairo, Egypt, and Poznań, Poland. Together with adding a 3rd Polish city to its growing customer base, flydubai solidifies its place as the primary UAE national carrier to attach Cairo Sphinx Airport with a each day service from Dubai.
A primary for connecting Cairo and Dubai

The airline will operate each day flights between Dubai International Airport and Sphinx International Airport. flydubai will proceed serving this route each day using its fleet of Boeing 737 MAX aircraft, all of which feature business and economy cabins. The airline faces competition on the route from Emirates, Air Arabia, and EgyptAir. Nonetheless, flydubai is currently the one carrier providing direct flights between Dubai and Cairo.
A 3rd destination in Poland
Along with Warsaw and Kraków, flydubai will now serve Poznań, Poland with three weekly flights from Dubai on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. The airline has seen tremendous growth in demand for travel to Poland, prompting the newest destination addition.

With the addition of Poznań, flydubai will offer 17 weekly flights between Dubai and Poland. While Emirates, Qatar Airways and LOT Polish Airlines serve Warsaw from Dubai, the low-cost airline faces no direct competition on the Poznań route.
Continued Network Expansion
The brand new routes to Cairo and Poznań are a part of flydubai’s rapid 2023 expansion plans. In line with CEO Ghaith Al Ghaith, the airline has already launched over 20 destinations this 12 months.
