Canada’s emerging low-cost carrier has announced 13 latest winter routes to their network, two of that are international. Flair Airlines goals to welcome the winter 2023-2024 season with latest offerings from multiple airports in Canada.
The brand new routes added to the winter schedule will connect each major and secondary Canadian airports with Las Vegas, Cancun, and Orlando-Sanford. Depending on the sector, the winter flights start between October 29 and February 17, 2024. Flair can also be doubling up on its offering between Kitchener-Waterloo and Las Vegas to 4 times weekly. Recent sun routes from Winnipeg and London, Ontario
The tough Canadian winter calls for warm and sunny getaways for travelers. Flair Airlines is providing just that to North American holiday travelers. Two of the brand new routes connect London, Ontario, to Orlando, Florida, and Cancun, Mexico. In line with the airline, the London-Cancun route will operate twice weekly from November 29, 2023, to May 4, 2024. The London-Orlando route, also operating twice weekly, will run from January 22 to May 3, 2024.

Criticism for many customer complaints
The announcement of the winter schedule got here amid severe criticism of the airline for having probably the most passenger complaints in Canada. The Canadian Transport Agency (CAT) recently reported that Flair received probably the most passenger complaints of all Canadian carriers through the first quarter of 2023.

The airline has since been promoting positive on-time performance through the busy spring and summer season. The airline carried over 436,000 passengers in June, representing an 89 percent load factor. The airline continues to guide with on-time performance. Meanwhile, a newly established customer support department addresses passenger complaints.
