Eurowings is the only carrier on each of its recent routes to Dubai. Even though it has expressed an interest in serving the German capital prior to now, Emirates doesn’t fly to either Berlin or Stuttgart. The Dubai-based airline currently operates to 4 destinations in Germany – Frankfurt (FRA), Munich (MUC), Düsseldorf (DUS), and Hamburg (HAM), but is unable to expand its operation within the country as a result of air service agreements in place since 1994.
