The aircraft was spotted in Malta this week after completing maintenance checks. This may not be the primary time this aircraft nickname has been used, with the carrier returning an Airbus A330 of the identical name in 2021.
The aircraft, which currently holds the registration F-WJKN, has been spotted in Malta, and as reported by their local media outlet Horizon, said it had been spotted that “a ram air turbine prolonged under the aircraft’s belly.”
Test flights in place
data from Flightradar24.com, as per the French aircraft registration, notes that the aircraft arrived in Malta from Dublin on July eighth, after a spread of test flights in June, and has since taken one other flight on August 2nd, which took around 2hr 30 mins.
The Island of Beqa can be the third Airbus A350-900 to affix the Fiji Airways fleet, with the nation’s Finance Minister, Professor Biman Prasad, noting that the airline hopes to achieve two this 12 months to proceed with the airline’s ambitious growth plans.
