On the heels of the successful Resorts World Las Vegas’s fine-dining food festival that launched last summer, Indulge: Race World Edition will feature a walk-around tasting with restaurant pop-ups curated by Industry Only.
Michelin-starred restaurant Camphor and Joint Seafood’s Liwei Liao – who was recently named considered one of LA’s most influential creators by the – will return to Resorts World.
They will probably be joined by Chimmelier, which serves Korean fried chicken; Holy Basil, the award-winning Thai food from 2024 Food & Wine’s Best Latest Chef, Deau Arpapornnopparat; classic meets modern Italian, Ospi; creator of the enduring Spicy Spring square pizza, Prince Street Pizza; and Tacos 1986, which serves Tijuana-style street food.
There may also be luxurious Dorasti caviar bumps and unlimited beverages, including Big Noise beer, an interactive Bites & Bashes cocktail bar, Kace tea, and Liquid Death water to maintain the party going. The experience may also feature pop-up bars from Casamigos and Erewhon, the first-of-its-kind experience outside of Southern California.
