Skystar launched its trip-coordination service on November 2, 2026, offering operators an online dashboard to request and receive quotes, pay for services, track orders and view requests submitted by email.
Key details
- The service coordinates catering, trip support and fuel through local suppliers in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
- Skystar’s reported fees are 8% of catering invoices, with a $75 minimum; 6% for trip support; and $0.10 per gallon for fuel coordination, with a $75 minimum per uplift.
- Skystar lists airport information pages for 3,751 airports: 3,273 in the United States, 378 in Canada and 100 in Mexico. The pages cover customs, fuel, runway and weather details.
- Skystar says it charges operators directly and does not collect fees from suppliers. Fuel suppliers bill operators directly, while Skystar bills its coordination fee separately.
- The reported first-order fee waiver in each service category runs through November 30, 2026, with a cap of $250 per order.
- The service targets mid-sized Part 135 operators, Part 91 flight departments, charter brokers and foreign operators serving the three countries.
